1. Softycare is a clinic management software developed by Gour Softwares & Services Pvt. Ltd.
2. Softycare is developed for doctors to manage and print the prescriptions of patients.
3. All rights of Softycare are reserved by Gour Softwares & Services Pvt. Ltd., and clinics (doctors) or any users cannot claim the source code of this software.
4. This software is subscription-based (SaaS), and Gour Softwares & Services Pvt. Ltd. has the right to stop the software upon expiration of the subscription.
5. Gour Softwares & Services Pvt. Ltd. provides subscription support to resolve bugs; however, it will not be responsible for any data errors or inconsistencies. It is the sole responsibility of the user to check and verify their data.
6. The software runs on a third-party cloud. Gour Softwares & Services Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any data loss, virus attacks, or hacking. The client cannot claim compensation for such incidents, although Gour Softwares & Services Pvt. Ltd. takes backup services every 24 hours from the cloud service provider. However, such backups may also be hacked or affected by viruses, and Gour Softwares & Services Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for such issues.
7. It is the responsibility of the user to keep their password safe. If the user shares their password, Gour Softwares & Services Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any misuse.
8. Medicine data is entered by programmers and sourced from third parties. Any mismatch in medicine generic names is not the responsibility of Gour Softwares & Services Pvt. Ltd. and should be verified before being given to patients.
